Buy with full confidence that your new Shorty Russell puppy is healthy.  All of our moms have been fed Loyall dog food and are put on puppy food weeks before whelping.  We also supplement our females with a product call Puppy Gold which boost the immune system and  adds the needed additional protein to assure mother and pups receive proper nutrition.  Routinely all pups are checked by a Certified Veterinarian at the age of 3 days.    At this time tails are docked and dew claws removed.  The mother and all pups are examined thoroughly at this time.  They are routinely wormed with Pryantal at 2, 4 & 6 weeks of age.

Pups are started on a soft mush of Loyall puppy food at three to four weeks.  They are slowly introduced to the kibbles before leaving for their new homes.  We will send your puppy home with food, a toy, and a complete health record.

Pups receive a wellness check by the Veterinarian Office @ 8 weeks.  At this time we check, Eyes, Ears, Fecal, Bite,Testicles in (males) and Patella's check.  Each pup is given an official Arkansas State Health Certificate at this time.

We ask that you have your new puppy checked out by your family veterinarian with in 72 hours of its arrival to your home.  Upon receipt from your Certified  Veterinarian that your puppy has a congenital defect or is not healthy, we will at that time replace it with another puppy.  We however reserve the right to talk to your veterinarian for specific details.  We do not guarantee pet quality pups to be breeders.  If you purchase a  pet quality pup we expect that pup to be spayed or neutered.  Upon receiving proof from your Certified Veterinarian that  your pup has been spayed/neutered we will send you heritage pedigree. Please call us concerning breeding stock.  Full pedigrees are available.

Rest assured that all puppies are handled, socialized, played with on a daily basis.  We hope you will visit the pages of our Placed Pups and see the wonderful families of our babies.  We have received wonderful feed back from all of our families. 

If for any reason you can not keep your Hobbit Hill Jack Russell, please know that we are here to help you find a home for that pup.  Our door is open and we will work with you to find the right family or simply let him or her live out their life here at Hobbit Hill.

We can not and do not guarantee the mature size of your dog.  These dog vary in height from 8 - 12 inches.  There may be an individual who is a little less or a little more.  We can not guarantee the ear set, bone size. or mature hair coat.  We do not GUARANTEE the height, weight, coat length, ear set or conformation of a puppy at maturity.  We can only estimate by their current size and conformation and what the parents' conformation and size is
